Account Types: Unregistered and Registered

You can have either an unregistered or registered account. Customers who do not provide contact information are unregistered. You may have an unregistered account if you funded your TxTag account at a toll booth or promotional event but did not provide contact information.

If you choose to leave your account unregistered, it will be your responsibility to keep enough funds in your account. You can check your balance online or by phone, and you can make manual payments.

If you register your account, you have added benefits that help you manage your account.

When you order your TxTag online, you have a registered account. You also have a registered account if you funded your account and provided contact information at a promotional event.

Register Your Account

Although it is not required, you may register your TxTag account by giving us your contact and vehicle information. Registering your account has several benefits:
