Making Payments to your TxTag Account
The TxTag Customer Service Center accepts credit cards, check, money orders and cash. You must maintain a minimum balance on your account for your tag to work properly. Please see the License and Use Agreement to determine your low balance threshold.
AutoPay
If you have a registered account, AutoPay is the easiest way to keep money in your account. With AutoPay, you set up your TxTag account to charge a credit card automatically when the funds in your account get below a pre-set threshold value. There is no fee for this safe and convenient service.
You can sign up for AutoPay by accessing your account online and providing your credit card information or by calling the TxTag Customer Service Center. As an AutoPay customer, it is important to keep us informed of any change to the credit card associated with your account. This will ensure your account stays current and sufficient funds are available to pay your tolls.
Manual Pay
If you prefer to make manual payments to your account, it will be your responsibility to monitor your TxTag account to ensure enough funds remain in your account at all times.

Check or Money Order
- Mail or drop off a check or money order at the TxTag Customer Service Center at 12719 Burnet Road, Austin, TX 78727. Make check payable to "TxTag CSC" and be sure to include your Account Management Card Number on the check or money order. Please allow five to seven working days for mail delivery and posting to your account.
