You may have an unregistered account if you picked up a TxTag at a toll booth or event and did not provide contact information. If you choose to leave your account unregistered, you will not be able to add other vehicles to your account, and you will be responsible for keeping track of your account balance. If your balance falls below zero or your tag is not read properly, you may incur fees or fines.
